Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-23
The short version
We collect two things: what you type into our contact form, and anonymous counts of which pages get visited.
We do not use cookies. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. Our analytics runs on our own server, uses no cookies, and cannot identify you. Your inquiry stays in our email inbox, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
The rest of this page says the same thing with the details filled in.
1. Who we are
Bradmumo LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, provides Acumatica ERP delivery services. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it.
We are based in Pennsylvania, United States, and this website is intended for business users in the United States.
2. What we collect
What you send us. This website has one form. When you submit it, we receive:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company name; and
- anything you choose to write in the optional message field, which is not required.
We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you are asking about.
Anonymous usage statistics. We run our own analytics so we can see which pages people find useful. It records:
- the page visited and the page that referred you to it;
- your browser, operating system, and device type;
- your screen size; and
- the country you are visiting from.
This is where it differs from most analytics: it runs on our own server, not a third party's. It sets no cookies. It does not store your IP address — your IP is converted into a temporary scrambled value that is discarded daily and cannot be turned back into an address. It does not follow you to other websites, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot tell us who you are. We see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
What we don't collect. No cookies. No advertising pixels. No session recording. No third-party tracking scripts. We do not buy information about you from data brokers, and we do not build a profile of you.
3. Why we collect it
Your inquiry: to read it and reply to it. That is the only purpose.
Submitting the form sends an email to our inbox and a short confirmation to you. Nothing else happens automatically. You are not added to a mailing list, a marketing sequence, or a CRM.
Usage statistics: to understand which pages are worth keeping and which are not. We look at these in aggregate. They are not connected to your inquiry, and we cannot link a page view to a person.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not trade, rent, or disclose it for anyone else's marketing.
Our analytics data is shared with nobody, because it never leaves our own server.
Two service providers handle your inquiry, because they carry our email:
- Resend, which delivers the two emails described above.
- Google Workspace, which hosts the mailbox that receives your inquiry.
Both act on our instructions and only to deliver and store our email.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, inquiry records may transfer with it.
5. How long we keep it
Your inquiry lives in our email inbox, the same as any other business correspondence. We do not set a fixed deletion schedule for it, and we would rather say so than publish a timetable we don't keep to.
What we will do is delete it when you ask. See §7.
We do not store your name, email address, company, or message in a database on this website. The site keeps only a short-lived technical record that stops a duplicate submission from sending the same email twice, and that record holds no personal information.
Usage statistics have nothing personal in them to expire, so we keep them. The scrambled value derived from your IP address is discarded daily.
6. How we protect it
- Only the people who answer inquiries can see them.
- Your connection to this website is encrypted, and our email provider encrypts messages in transit.
- The keys that let this website send email are held on our server and are never sent to your browser.
- Your inquiry is never written into our application's logs or error reports.
- Our analytics database sits on infrastructure we control, not a vendor's.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@bradmumo.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Because we collect so little, deleting your inquiry is usually as simple as deleting the email — and we will do it on request, unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
You do not need to opt out of our analytics to stay anonymous — it already cannot identify you. But if you would rather not be counted at all, you can turn it off for this browser:
That setting stays in your browser until you clear its site data. It changes nothing else, and no part of this site depends on it. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we already honor it without your doing anything, and any standard tracker-blocking extension will stop the counting too.
Nothing on this site is required except the form. You can read every page without giving us anything.
If you live in a state with a privacy law — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state that has one — those laws may give you additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. The same email address handles those requests. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children
This website is for business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant — for example, if we add a CRM, begin sending marketing email, or adopt analytics that can identify you — we will say so on this page rather than changing it quietly.
